Name your Top Three(3) "Perfect Chemistry" couples or ensemble of any TV Series from anytime. This is not limited to just "Man & Wife" couples, but any two (or more) that just have "That Special Thing" that make a show worth watching.
My Top Three:
Cliff & Clair Huxtable (The Cosby Show) Tim & Jill Taylor (Home Improvement) The Cast of "Friends"

I felt compelled to include at least one couple in my list but here it is
The cast of The Wire - season one of The Wire was in my mind at least the single greatest season of any show in TV history. That cast was perfect.
Larry and Cheryl (Curb Your Enthusiasm) - fans of the show may be questioning the chemistry that the two had but the way they clashed made the show funny and it's obvious the actors really connected.
The Strike Team (The Shield - seasons 1-5) - The Shield was one of the greatest cop shows of all time and Vic Mackey's Strike team through all their dirtiness and corruption really got each other and worked together. This was undone in the ends of seasons 3 and 5 and was absent throughout 6 and 7 but in order to make the conclusion powerful you had to have great chemistry to begin with.

That's a tough one to narrow down... For me:
The cast of Seinfeld Sam and Dianne from "Cheers" Archie Bunker and George Jefferson from "All in the Family"
"Honeymooners" cast, "MASH" cast and "Sopranos" cast would be my alternates...

I always felt the MASH cast evolved into the perfect workplace cast by the end. Colonel Potter was close to the perfect boss. Lots of people put Capt. Picard forward as an ideal leader but it was always ole Sherman T. Potter in my mind. Cliff & Claire Huxtable were certainly the least combative couple on post 50s TV. I'm not sure they ever really engaged each other. At best they seemed to give us a sense of been-there-done-that-and-moved-on for all the usual marital squabbles. Not what I think of as chemistry, just comfort like a well-worn blanket. Most sitcom couples that come to mind seem to be from the Chubby comic with unbelievably attractive wife mold. Of those, Still Standing's Bill & Judy Miller (Mark Addy & Jami Gertz) are the best fit. en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Still_Standing_%28TV_series%29

My 3 picks are:
1. Seinfeld cast - Just legendary. Nuff said.
2. Scrubs - The cast in general was great but specifically the way J.D. (Zach Braff) had great chemistry with whoever was in the scene with him.
3. Boy Meets World - Corey, Sean or Shawn, Tapanga, and Eric...and Mr. Feeny. The chemistry was one of the main reasons this show worked. The core group of people listed above worked terrifically with whoever was added to the cast. One of the many bright spots of my childhood.

On "Moonlighting" - Bruce Willis and, I think it was her, Cybill Shepherd. Also, and don't consider me a sellout, Stana Katic and Nathan Fillion on "Castle". Plus, I love the chemistry between Ziva (Cote de Pablo) and Tony (Michael Weatherly) on NCIS.
This may seem uber-creepy, but the way The Fonz and Mrs. Cunningham clicked was cool! Plus, Edith and Archie (when my daughter was 2 she called him "Archie StinkerBunker"!) were great as a couple!
