HI,
Why Sheriff Keller? He has the same green eyes, tries to get rid of crime in Riverdale (after Betty's speech maybe he's going a bit more extreme), could have made up that the cryptogram and note were written by separate people (that is throwing off suspicion, and making it seem something else is up) as well as would know if Betty went to the cops, maybe why Kevin always seems to be safe (no threats about him, no nothing ever), and with the cryptogram as well he would probably know Betty likes Nancy Drew since she's really good friends with Kevin.
There are other little things that make me think him, but these are the stand-out ones for me. I think it's Sheriff Keller, but I want to know what you guys think?
