Does anyone have any ideas for what they want The CW to contain?

Maybe some quality programming instead of the aweful "urban" sit-coms and cheesey sci-fi fare that they usually show.

I'm more interrested in what the UPN stations that are not becoming part of this new network will do. There hasn't been independant TV stations in my area since the 80's.

It's funny that everyone wants to see Everwood yet The CW might not have it. Veronica Mars and Gilmore Girls are a go and I doubt Related will come back.

That is sad, becuse if CW doesn't keep Everwood and Related I will have no reason to even check what might be on their new channel. The only way I find out about their shows is during the commercials for those two.

Everwood has a good shot but even if there wasn't a merger Related still would be cancelled. It gets pretty bad ratings.

I can see related getting not so hot ratings, the demigraphic for it is pretty slim. But it is a good show, I think it would have done better on a different network with a better lead in show. Still I would love to see it get a second chance, I get tired of all the teenager crap on UPN and WB as is, sigh guess I am getting old.

7th Heaven is a pretty good lead in for Related but some shows just don't survive. Homicide: Life on the Street was cancelled and it won two Peabody awards.
