Hi, Been 4 days since switched to Comcast and still problems with my tivos. I don't think the cable cards are being paired correctly. After 10th online chat I am receiving all channels paid for except HBO and Starz. When they pair the cable cards I know they need the host# and data#. Do they also need the serial number on the actual cable card or the cable card id # from the conditional access screen? Could this be my problem?? This has been so irritating and I really did NOT want to have to take a day off waiting for a tech to show up Please help. Thanks! I didn't find the right solution from the Internet.
