Looks as if "Sons & Daughters" can't make it outta the gate.
According to Neilsen, "According to Jim" is fading fast.
And "Modern Men", from every review I've seen, stinx in the can & will stink worse on the screen. However, I'll give it a view & not just write it off sight unseen. I figure it'll have a decent premiere just because it has Jane Seymour & is made by Jerry Bruckheimer. However, after that, it must sink or swim on its own.
Again, even though the premise looks groddy, ONLY A VIEWING will tell.

Standard sitcoms are failing. Sons & Daughters just wasn't good enough to stick around.

Well, I saw both "Modern Men" and Sons & Daughters"...and they both suck, IMO. I won't ever watch either one again, and they cannot go to Page Three too fast for me.

My prediction for the next show ta go on a major net...
"How To Get The Guy", ABC.
To me it's trash, shoulda never aired, but my opinion is only one outta 300 million. ZHowever, it appears I'm far from alone in holding that opinion. While ABC is a little slower to git ridda trash than CBS is,(CBS didn't hesitate to take out the trash of TNBC) it appears that "How" will soon see "How To get The AXE" shortly.
Hopeta see "How" on Page Three soon!

come on now its summer time and they are not going to put the best shows on tv but i kind of liked both TNBC and HTGTG if you really sat down to watch them you might be wondering what is going to happen next and you just might enjoy brainless summer programing

Summer programming in terms of quality is having its best year.

I'm not EVER gonna enjoy "brainless" summer programming. Wonder if the nets ever considered summer viewing levels are WAY down because people now expect that there'll be nothing but BS progs all summer outsida sports? Yeah, I know TV is often replaced by outdoor activity by many people, but they don't tune out altogether.
Speaking of "HTGTG", its latest ratings indicate it won't be back-ever-if it even lasts its scheduled run. Barely 4 M viewers on a major net doesn't bode well for ANY show, any time of year.
