The show created in the mid 90s centered around a video game creator. After some accident the villians of the game came to life. The games creator made some odd weapons to take down each bad guy. Soap to take down a garbage type bad guy. the show only lasted 2-4 episodes on the WB or UPN not quite sure about that.
